I posted an initial survey to members of the Facebook Group page on Friday, 8th March. At present, 56 responses have been received. Of these 56, there are 39 responses from within the first two phases of the Stewart Milne homes, and the first phase of the Bellway homes. Together, these three sections make up the Stewart Milne Development. There is potential for the Barratt and second phase of the Bellway homes to co-join the Association but how this is done needs further exploration.
From my limited research, it would suggest we only require 73 signatures to force the factor (known as the Manager) to hold a General Meeting (GM). At a GM, we would require 116 signatures to force a majority decision on to the factor.
